As a licensed Electricity retail company, Jackgreen manages the purchase of electricity from the pool on behalf of its customers. Jackgreen is not responsible for the physical delivery of electricity to your premises – that’s taken care of by the Distribution companies that own the poles and wires. When you choose to become a customer of Jackgreen, we advise the National Electricity Market Management Company (NEMMCO) who registers your electricity meter as a Jackgreen meter. Once this process is complete, you will receive your electricity bills from Jackgreen instead of your previous supplier. In addition to managing electricity use for our customers, Jackgreen only markets renewable energy products accredited by GreenPower.
