Contracting Inc looks to fill all the holes in a project up front. All our proposals include everything from the design and permits to the final coat of paint and cleanup unless otherwise stated. A typical job for J.E.P. Contracting Inc will have a minimal amount of extra cost – most often which are bona fide changes at the client’s request. Extras are always brought to the client’s attention and approved by the client before any work is done. You will never be presented with a bill for work you did not approve. The price you pay will be for the work you want and agreed to.
