What does it mean when the word “Outbox” is in one of the mailboxes on my ePrompter screen?
A. That simply means that you have a message in your outbox that is waiting to be sent. However, if you notice that the word “Outbox” has remained in your mailbox for more than one ePrompter update, there may be a problem with the transmission of that message. To find out if there is a problem, click on the word “Outbox”. This will take you to your outbox. If you find a “?” in front of your message, then there has been a problem with the sending of that message. (See the next answer).
