The tray icon is displayed with a cog when the installation is being updated automatically in the background. You should not restart your computer while this symbol is visible. If the cog symbol remains on the tray icon for more than 20 minutes, we recommend that you run an automatic repair of your installation by using Delnvc5. The DelVIRUSfighter5 program resides in the folder …\VIRUSfighter\NVC\Bin.
