If your data is corrupt, it probably means you shut your PS2 off or took the memory card out of the slot when a game was either loading or saving. Sometimes it just happens on its own though, so it may not be your fault at all. Regardless of how it happened the only way you will be able to use your memory card again with that particular game is by deleting the corrupt data. Usually you will only have to delete the data of the game that is corrupt, rather than delete everything. So if you have other game data saved onto your memory card it should remain unharmed. Just try to delete the data that is corrupt. Hopefully that is all you will have to delete and you will be able to keep your other game data. Sorry for the bad news, and good luck!
