The connection column indicates if we were able to access your account last time we tried. OK indicates that we are able to connect to your account to download your latest email messages, whereas Error indicates that there was a problem accessing your account. The Error condition is usually caused when you have not configured your account correctly, or there were connectivity problems between our servers and the servers of your Email provider.
