A consulting professional engineer on behalf of the Builder will be required to certify that the final grading, drainage and paving of the driveway for your lot are in conformity with the plans approved by the Town’s Building Department. This certification is carried out after the sodding and grading have been in place for one full winter and spring and in accordance with the time frames set out in the Subdivision/Site Plan Agreement.
