What does it mean to trade the PAL in nil paid form?
If you do not want to buy the New Shares being offered to you under the Rights Issue, you can instead sell or transfer your rights (called “Nil Paid Rights” or, if you hold your Existing Shares through Euroclear Nederland “Euroclear Subscription Rights”) to those New Shares before paying for such New Shares and receive the net proceeds of the sale or transfer in cash.
