What does it mean to TOV homeowners that TOV HOA is “self-managed”?
The TOV HOA Board is comprised of volunteer homeowners. No management fees are paid to a management company. Volunteer homeowners arrange all the TOV maintenance by obtaining estimates for needed repairs, ensuring value is received for each dollar spent, negotiating contracts with vendors for services, tracking/scheduling major maintenance (roofing, painting), responding to homeowner complaints and observing conditions throughout the subdivision. Most importantly, it means all of your homeowner dues go toward TOV maintenance.
