What does it mean to baptize the new believers in Matthew 28?
This is not what we often think of in baptism, whether dunking or sprinkling a person with water in front of the church. This reference is to a baptism into a fellowship of believers in a church, so at its core is the need to establish a church into which one can be baptized so that accountability, growth and character development can be nurtured.
