MMI credit counselors are the first in the nation to undergo special training on FICO credit scores, in a program developed by FICO and MMI. This knowledge helps them to understand how different financial actions taken by the consumer might affect the consumer’s FICO score, and by extension affect future decisions by lenders and servicers.
