What does it mean that Limestone Crossing is sponsored by the University of Kentucky?
The use of the term sponsored is intended to reflect the University’s role in conceiving the Limestone Crossing community and its public support, endorsement and promotion of such project, its commitment to make available to Limestone Crossing members certain campus privileges, including access to cultural, academic, social, and athletic benefits, and the University’s willingness to lend leadership suggestions and expertise to the project, and shall not imply or give rise to any financial commitment or obligation or the acceptance of any financial risk on the part of the University to or in respect or the community.
