PAVE stands for Presort Accuracy Validation and Evaluation. To be PAVE Certified means that BM-Win Plus was tested for and passed a variety of tests by the Post Office. BM-Win Plus not only passed those tests but has been PAVE Certified GOLD meaning that it has passed an extra battery of tests over and above the standard PAVE tests.
