What does it mean on my EU Validation Error Report, “Not a valid CSIS id number?
This error means that the SSID does not exist in the SRRTS student database. A common cause of this is due to LEAs that mistakenly upload SSIDs obtained from the test system (TestGate) into the local SIS. TestGate SSIDs are identifiable by the number “8” in position two of the SSID (e.g. n8nnnnnnnnnn). Additionally, if the SSID was received from another LEA, the receiving LEA should verify the accuracy of the SSID by checking the cum folder or records from the previous school to determine if a coding error was made when the SSID was entered into the student’s record.
