If the car is recorded as being at ‘high risk’ there is a chance that it is being sold fraudulently. You should not proceed with the purchase until Customer Services have fully investigated it on your behalf. Please note that if a car appears on this database, we are obliged to inform the company that registered it ‘high risk’ of the details of the check.
