What does it feel like to go into cardiac or respiratory arrest?

Weird question, but I’d imagine for cardiac arrest, you’d feel light-headed for a few seconds due to the lack of blood flow to your brain, then you’d be unconscious completely. For respiratory arrest, you’d not be oxygenating or ventilating appropriately, so you can be extremely short of breath, or making very little respiratory effort, or not breathing at all or can’t breath, etc. Either way, if you don’t get the proper resuscitation, you’d be dead.
