We do not charge for data restoration or account restores during documented Incidents. For requested data restoration, or snapshot restores, we provide the first 5 GB of data transfer for free. Repeated requests monthly may also result in additional administration fees. However, we do request that each individual customer maintain backup files of their own. This providers for a quicker level of restoration as well. Data backups and restores can be performed by all customers and can be self-managed through their hosting control panels.
