Deeds and mortgages are recorded at the Recorder’s office. The standard recording fee is $5.00 per page that is filmed, plus $1.00 per document. A deed will also require an Auditor’s Transfer fee of $5.00 per parcel and a real estate transfer stamp based on the selling price of the property.
