What does it cost to live at Stenner Glen?
A $150 reservation/holding fee is required upon signing the lease agreement. The reservation/holding fee is not prepaid rent and is non refundable. A $500 security deposit is due with the first rent payment. The security deposit will be refunded when the resident moves out minus any damage charges, excluding normal wear and tear. The total cost depends on the room size, meal plan and payment plan chosen. All prices include room, meals, Direct TV, Ethernet internet connection and all utilities excluding local phone.
