When filing a Small Claim Complaint, there is a $64.00 filing fee for one defendant and a $10.00 filing fee for each additional defendant. The Court will only accept payment by mail with a certified bank check or a money order. If filing in person, cash, Mastercard and Visa are also acceptable.
