What does it cost recruiters to use HeadHunter Health Exchange?
Less than you might think. Rather than charge recruiters a set fee to access the pool of job postings in our Network, HeadHunter Health Exchange only receives payment when a successful placement is made. Recruiters pay HeadHunter Health Exchange a set percentage – 20% – of each placement fee. We think this is better than average compensation, considering a “split” placement fee to work with another recruiter is much larger – typically 50%.
