What does housing cost in the Twin Cities?
Housing costs can vary greatly throughout the metropolitan area depending on a number of factors like location, size and number of roommates. UST Law currently provides for an allowance of $840 per month for housing in your annual budget which covers the nine academic months of law school per year. We encourage students to make every effort to keep housing costs within the budgeted amount by looking for student discounts, getting a roommate, or avoiding luxury apartment complexes that offer no discount.
