What does host DNS error mean on the handheld?
A host DNS error means the handheld has lost connection wireless network device called the access point. The access point needs to be reset, which is done by unplugging the power cord that is attached to the access point. Making sure all lights on the access point are off for ten seconds, then reconnect the power to the access point. If resetting the access point does not re-establish the connection, then check then network settings on the handheld device.
