A home invasion robbery is generally thought of as when offenders invade the home while someone is inside and commit a robbery (theft) from the occupants. Youthful offender generally refers to a juvenile. Withheld “judification” probably means that the offender was not adjudicated a delinquent. In adult court, adults are found guilty. In juvenile court, offenders are adjudicated delinquent (or they can work out their case in some manner not requiring adjudication – deferred prosecution, etc.
