To find the heating element take the back cover off the dryer. Find the air circulation tube, this will be the tube that the hot air blows out of when drying. It should stick out from all the other stuff that you see. The Heating element will be in this tube, Most dryers this tube can be removed easily. the element will look like coiled springs stretched around a metal frame approx. 2″ by 5″ by 12″ to 14″ long. It is easy to change you just got to worry through it the first time! Most of the time only about 3 maybe 4 screws to remove to take the whole thing out. Take the old element out and take with you to get a replacement. Most Home and building supplies will have what you need.
