What does healing crisis/ or “transformational changes” mean?
Unlike prescribed medicines, these Bach Flower Essences do not cover-up or mask the feeling states, you no doubt, already have experienced. What they do is “allow things to surface” although the difference being that it comes with an accompanying understanding that it is up to you to make the necessary changes you need to make AND that NOW, unlike before you ABSOLUTELY KNOW THAT YOU do have the capacity and what it takes to make this change or do it now. This is different then before, when you had to “convince” yourself or try to in order to make a change that didn’t seem to last. The Bach Flower Remedies can be used and have been effectively used in conjunction with and concurrently with, other forms of therapy and treatment modalities.
