What Does Hand Guided Machine Quilting really mean?
Pat’s quilting is hand-guided by machine. This actually means that a very large sewing machine on wheels is used. We now also have computerized modules and set patterns. All the stitching patterns are created by hands moving the huge sewing head over your quilt. The stitches are very sturdy and will not break under normal wear and use. The stitch length may vary slightly due to change in speed of the movement of Pat’s hands. To see some stitching in actual quilts, see the Pattern Pages or our Quilt Gallery.
