What does GuideSafe do?
GuideSafe™ provides tenants with up-to-date emergency information they can access prior to and during emergency situations. The Web-based system is simple to set up, easy to use, and highly reliable. From minor incidents such as a stuck elevator or broken water pipe, to fires, earthquakes, hurricanes or armed intruders, building occupants are given access to up-to-date emergency procedures and emergency contacts. GuideSafe™ is pre-populated with “best practices” templates for emergency situations. Property managers can utilize the standard templates, or easily edit them to meet the specific needs of their building(s). The system maintains a list of tenants, floor wardens, and other contacts. In addition to maintaining a schedule for training events and drills, property managers can notify tenants of upcoming drills, training’s or other important notices with a simply click of a button.
