What does Grouped or Individual mean when ticketing?
Grouped means that only one ticket is issued and this ticket will display the list of all passengers – this is the best option to avoid printing and carrying large number of tickets/ paperwork. Individual means that a separate ticket is issued for each passenger – this is especially important for groups who plan, at some stage, to split.
