What does Ginger eat?
At 3 weeks to about 7 weeks Ginger was on a formula that is used for bottle fed babies, much like baby formula. She was bottle fed until she couldn’t keep from shredding the nipples of the bottles. We transitioned her to raw meat by first feeding her chicken gizzards, and hearts, and liver with crushed calcium on top. Then I took kitchen shears and cut the bones of wings and drummets. Now Ginger is happy and healthy with a regular diet of raw chicken and we supplement with beef and pork. She has never killed. This was another well thought out decision based on what would be best for Ginger in our environment. I can say we are so happy that she loves her regular meals each evening.
