What does Getting Trained for ministry look like in missional communities?
Missional communities will begin with the leaders training those in their communities on the basics – prayer, evangelism, personal Bible study, etc. Most leaders already have some sort of working knowledge and practice of the basics. The next step is to train those in their communities to do the same. This is simple training.
