Fully insured means up to $100,000 or the replacement value of the vehicle. Transport insurance covers any negligence due to the driver or truck. It will not cover “act of God” or outside elements. Transport insurance across the board for every carrier is the same. It covers any damage by negligence, and not areas where the driver or truck does not have control.
