What does “full-text” searching mean?

0

MCLE’s search engine employs “full-text” searching. That means it will search all of the written content of the website looking for specific terms or phrases. That content has two main sources first, the catalog descriptions of our products, including all books, programs and OnDemand products, and secondly, the entire contents of the OnlineLibrary. Since the OnlineLibrary contains MCLE’s entire publications collection, when you perform a search on the MCLE website you are not only checking to see if your term or phrase appears in the description of a product, you are searching the entire MCLE written collection, chapter by chapter, form by form, to find that word or phrase. The best part of all this? The search only takes a second or two! Click here to go to the advanced search screen.
