What does full service/self service mean?
We have extended opening times of the library over the last year, to help you make more use of the materials we have, but we cannot offer our full range of services throughout these extended times. During self service, you can still use library materials, issue or return books using self-service issue, renew, and reserve items. However, Short Loan Collections are closed, you cannot place inter-library-loans, or request immediate assistance from Library staff. If you have an enquiry during these times, you CAN use our “Online Enquiry Service” You cannot borrow if you have fines outstanding.
