What does FSCS mean?
FSCS means Federal-State Cooperative System for public library data. These questions are required of all public libraries so that data comparisons can be drawn across the nation. IPLAR Training Wednesday, May 28th at RPLS from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Participants will be guided through the process for completing the revised IPLAR instrument Bibliostat COLLECT. Reports in Horizon 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. offered the same day. Manipulating Horizon Data in EXCEL is offered on Thursday, May 29th1:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. This course sequence is offered again on Wednesday, June 25th. In June, the IPLAR training will held on OPAL.
