What does Free Range mean to Farm Fresh Foodstuffs?

0

There are a lot of definitions to the term “Free Range”. For us this means the chickens are out in a field, never confined, and have access to bugs, grass, and sunshine whenever they want. Our farmer has 120 acres and doesn’t even have a barn on her property. Our chickens are raised in Hoop houses that are moved to fresh pasture daily. Our egg layers follow the cows around the pasture to get their extra ration of bugs, are never confined, but have access to portable laying houses made from old trailers that are moved every other day to fresh pasture. These conditions give our chickens and our eggs their unique amazing flavor, try them once and you will be back!
