What does Foley Hoag look for in Summer and new Associate candidates?
We look for individuals who have excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to relate well with clients and colleagues, and for individuals with motivation, initiative, creativity, a willingness to take on responsibility, and an enthusiasm for the practice of law. We look for outstanding academic credentials, excellent written and oral expression (sometimes, but not always, demonstrated by law review or other writing experience), and previous work experience.
