ExStream Mobile utilizes antenna diversity on all of our products to minimize multipath fading. Antenna diversity is recommended by the 802.11 standard, but is not required. For environments with large amounts of interference or reflective surfaces, antenna diversity is highly recommended. Diversity increases cost but the associated performance are well worth the cost.
