What does Expunge do and why do I have to use it everytime? or How do I delete email?
Expunge is a feature that will allow an extra step in the deletion process of an e-mail. This feature will insure that a customer will not delete an e-mail that they wanted to keep. There is no way to remove this feature. In order to delete email simply check the email that you want to delete in the email list and click the delete button or if viewing the email simply click the delete option at the top left of the email. Once the email(s) is marked for deletion in this way all you have to do is click the expunge button to remove all messages marked for deletion.
