What does Exporting Plans mean?
Exporting plans means to send some or all your plans to another place on your computer or/and to another computer. For instance, you might want to export some of your plans to a floppy disk or email some of your plans to a colleague or student. It is worthwhile pointing out that you only send a copy, you still keep the original in your database. We have made exporting plans very easy and intuitive. Click Plan then Export Plans and a screen opens. Select the plans you want to export then click Export. If you would like to send an email with the plans already attached check the appropriate box. This will open up your email section where you can then send an email in the normal way and with the plans already attached. A note is also attached to the email explaining to the recipient how to save the plans.
