Cars that run on water (fuel-cell vehicles) would be a great asset to stem global warming and cut down on air pollution, but I’m afraid the electric car may be a different story as electric cars can consume a lot of electricity when charging up, which may increase global warming and air pollution (even water pollution) indirectly.
