What does Error Code 7 or Calibration Error mean?
This means an internal failure of hardware has occurred inside the scanner. Most of the time, it’s the Optical Assembly that has failed or went defective which causes this problem. Please contact our RMA Dept. for warranty information • The lock is on Unlock position but still gives me an “Error Code 10”. • Check the connections of scanner data cable from your computer to the scanner. • Make sure that the scanner driver is properly installed. • Assuming that the connections and driver are properly installed, this indicates an “Optical Assembly” failure.
