What does Elsman charge in fees?
No two cases are alike. Some cases can be taken on a fixed-fee. Some on an hourly-fee. Some on a contingent-fee. Some are taken by a combination of such fee arrangements. In-office, Hourly-fees are $300, usually. There are no fees for initial first-contact, and prospective Clients are encouraged to call. Fees will be confirmed in writing, so both lawyer and client are in agreement. Costs are always the ultimate responsibility of the client.
