What does DRP mean?
Many insurance companies will suggest you bring your repairs to a Direct Repair Program facility or “preferred” shop. If, as a consumer, you are doing business with an insurance company with a recognized Direct Repair Program, you have the option of using their “preferred” shop or a shop of your own choosing. Often the “preferred” shop through the insurer will offer a warranty program backed by the insurer. At Pelletier’s Auto Body, we work with all insurance companies and are also a DRP shop. We offer warranties and guarantees that exceed that of most other insurance company DRP shops.
