A guest user can download the Quicken file, but the file cannot be uploaded. A user with download-only access privileges can review the file’s data, create reports, and work with the data. However, any changes made will not be retained. This type of file can never be the current file (see FAQ 20). In Recent Activities, which is in your Account Directory, download- only files will always be listed in black since they are inactive files.
