Our service is door-to-door, which means that your vehicle remains on the same truck from pickup through delivery. Some trucks are extremely large and may not be able to come directly to your door. In that case, the driver will contact you for directions to meet at the nearest large parking lot, i.e., shopping center, gas station, etc. to be able to safely load/unload your vehicle.
