What does design publication mean?
The Industrial Design Office shall publish registered industrial designs in the order of their registration showing all the requisite details. A search free of charge can be made for the records of industrial designs including all related dealing in connection thereof. An applicant for registration may require that his lodged industrial designs be kept secret for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of application.
