What does “cut headrest holes” mean?
Removable headrests must be removed prior to installing the seatback portion of the seat cover. Holes must be cut in the fabric so that the headrest posts can pass through the fabric when they are replaced. Therefore, if you intend to replace the headrests after you install the seatback, you must answer “Yes” to the question “cut headrest holes”. We strongly advise you to replace the headrests as a safety precaution.
