What does curb appeal mean?
Curb appeal is making our subdivision as attractive as possible to residents, guests, and prospective buyers. This does not mean expensive maintenance and upkeep. We are talking about keeping the grass mowed and the yard and home neat looking. Limit the trash cans that are visible to one day only. Do not leave vehicles dismantled or parked on grass areas or on areas other than paved drives. Seasonal yard decorations should be taken down within a reasonable time. The next time you drive through a great looking neighborhood, think about this. The way in which subdivisions are maintained is what attracts purchasers in the first place.
