What does CUF have to offer the average Catholic lay person?
Both through services provided by our national headquarters-such as this magazine-and even more by means of the efforts of our members and chapters on the local level, CUF strives to embody what holy Mother Church is asking of her faithful sons and daughters today. Obviously CUF has always placed the highest premium on fidelity to the Person and teachings of Christ and maintaining full communion with His Church under the guidance of the Pope, His Vicar on earth. We stress the primacy of the universal call to holiness and to advance the Gospel according to our state in life. There are many organizations competing for our attention and loyalty today. I think CUF stands out as a singular means of giving corporate expression to the godly aspirations of Catholic laity who truly want to “think with the Church.” As Archbishop Chaput says, “In an age when many different voices claim to be the ‘voice of the faithful,’ CUF is the real thing.” What is the role of the Rosary in your spiritual life
